My name is Carolyn Ross and I’m the founder of @shopcarescloset - a passion project turned reality. I came up with the concept literally out of my closet! Shop Cares Closet is a carefully curated, luxury designer retailer, selling new and lightly used merchandise. All items are 100% authentic at pre-loved prices. 

Known for its Instagram shopping experience, Shop Cares Closet sets itself apart from other secondhand stores by selling gently worn clothing, handbags and accessories through ‘daily drops’ on Instagram and offering additional services including personal shopping, closet-clean outs and creating a more personalized shopping experience.
