Boutique Sales & Social Media Associate

At Shop Cares Closet, we believe fashion can be a force for good. We’re a purpose-driven brand committed to creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and empowering experience for our customers and our team.

We’re currently looking for a part-time team member to join our growing boutique family. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in retail, loves fashion, and feels just as comfortable in front of a camera as they do connecting with customers on the sales floor.

Position Details

• Part-time position (4–5 days per week)

• Availability for 1–2 Saturdays per month required

Who You Are

• Strong background in retail and fashion

• A true people person with a proven sales mindset

• Comfortable and confident on camera

• Tech-savvy and fluent in social media

• Shopify experience is a must

• Familiarity with consignment software is a plus (or willingness to learn)

• Creative thinker who can think outside the box

• Organized, proactive, and eager to grow with us

• Open to learning and taking initiative

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable access to a car
